Question by natasha: publishing for resale: do i need permission to print “best new restaurant”, Food?
I am about to publish a book with a review of restaurants. Am I allowed to print for example that a specific restaurant received a “best new restaurant” accolade from Food & Wine magazine? Do I need permission from Food & Wine? What are the legal issues here?

If you do a complete reference to your source, then no. You should be ok. But you may want to send a copy of that page to Food & Wine as a courtesy – before publishing.
