Dailyshoot 2011 theme is local culture. I Iive in Hereford UK and the local business is and always has been Cider making. The city is surrounded by apple orchards which are particulary photogenic during the spring. Its amazing that those trees can create the drink that ends up in the ancient barrels and casks of the other picture. Home to Strongbow cider if you have ever tried it.
