How lon is the training and do I need to go to Japan to train?

I wouldn’t say you have to go to japan… No, but if your sushi’s good, give some to family and friends, and get their honest opinion.
Everyone loves sushi, so maybe try getting a loan, and opening up your own restaurant. It’ll be hard at first, but then, technically, you’re a professional chef.
