MIAMI — When Coach celebrated its 85th anniversary during New York Fashion Week, the runway finale transformed into a radiant nocturnal celebration that echoes the pulse of Miami’s after-dark luxury scene. Creative Director Stuart Vevers closed the presentation with liquid metallic lamé slips, high-shine clutches, and celebratory party dressing built for warm, kinetic nights.
For South Beach and Design District tastemakers, the Spring 2027 collection offers the ultimate fusion of nocturnal glamour and relaxed American heritage. Flowing metallic lamé gowns catch the light with liquid mercury brilliance, while miniature Bonnie Cashin turnlock bags in high-gloss patent leather provide the perfect high-energy evening accessory.

Nocturnal Radiance: Liquid Lamé and Pat McGrath’s Glow
Dame Pat McGrath created a luminous, sweat-kissed skin finish paired with delicate metallic shimmer across the eyelids that perfectly reflected the warmth of the evening. Models drifted down the runway in bias-cut metallic slips that billowed like molten silver and champagne gold, punctuated by Arturo Lyons’ voguing troupe performing beneath falling confetti.
The collection seamlessly bridges high-octane eveningwear with effortless footwear: slouchy leather Western boots and retro court sneakers replace restrictive stilettos, allowing the wearer to transition seamlessly from private oceanfront dinners to late-night dancing.

The Coach Club 85 Afterparty
As the final look exited, the industrial venue opened directly into Coach Club 85, where guests toasted the house’s 85th anniversary with Tanqueray ‘Coach 85’ cocktails to a disco-soul soundscape curated by Senjan Jansen. It was a jubilant reminder that after 85 years, Coach remains at the beating heart of American nightlife culture.
