“Iron Chef” is a title given to the talent on the show “Iron Chef America” which is a bad copycat version of “Iron Chef” which was a Japanese show that originated the concept of outstanding chefs battling against each other using a secret ingredient.
“Super Chef” is a title thought up by the marketing department at Food Network to give a superfluous title to popular chefs who are not on the show “Iron Chef America”.
The titles don’t mean anything, really. They are all made up in the interest of TV.
