Celebrations for a "Cocaine Cowboy"

When you’re credited with building the Miami skyline there’s no shortage of love, or partying, on your birthday.   Miami’s oldest bar and hottest downtown night spot Tobacco Road, and Cameo Theatre, the place to go on South Beach both threw birthday bashes for our infamous celebrity.  When I ask Mickey how many candles we’d need he replied, “just set the cake on fire”.
